Alex Colton is a young, idealistic recent college graduate, received an incredible career opportunity at boutique asset management firm Carrington Capital Partners. After the death of the chief executive officer, the leading CEO candidate creates a toxic security threatening to upend and possibly bankrupt the whole financial system. Through the help of the deceased CEO’s family and the company receptionist Lynda, Alex battles through corporate and political intrigue, along with learning secrets about himself and how he is personally and professionally linked to the ongoing saga regarding him, his family, and his place with his employer.

About the author

Mr Wolfson published his debut novel, the Financial Syndicate. Originally from Pennsylvania, he received a Bachelor’s of Science from Drexel University and an MBA from Pace University. He has worked in the financial services industry over the past three decades in asset management, hedge fund administration, and bank and asset management compliance. Mr Wolfson lives on the Jersey Shore where you might see him running on the boardwalk, checking out the latest band, or swimming laps at the local gym pool.
