About the author
Chris James devised his theory of Dismantlement while living in Dubrovnik in 1987, sensing back then that the world was fast heading to the point at which we find ourselves today. He spent the next 27 years writing ‘The O.D.’, a book in which the premise of global dismantlement is presented as fiction heavily weighted towards reality. The ideas presented in ‘The O.D.’ have never been more important and relevant, not just to the climate emergency we face, but to all the underlying causes – over-population, special interests, religious dogma and fundamentalism and that most lethal of all contributors, human nature.
